And your ears will hear a word behind you, "This is the way, walk in it," whenever you turn to the right or to the left.
From my days as a rider & organizer in the Long Island horse show & polo world, to steeple-chasing, polo and Camel Trophy drives for Land Rover, to historic beach front cottages in COASTAL LIVING, I have more fun than anyone deserves (Sorry Dave Ramsey!) working and playing customers, friends, and family for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in St. Augustine.
Counseling buyers & sellers with sound advice, expertise and personal care for the past 18 or so years, I've been blessed with the knowledge, staging techniques, pricing strategies and insightful negotiating skills to promote the highest return for sellers and a competitive advantage for buyers. A testament to my blessings is that over 80% of my business comes from repeat client referrals.
If local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness and fine negotiating skills are important to you, I'd be delighted to serve you, your family and friends in your real estate needs. Helping my customers buy or sell homes that are sound; honest vendors and contractors complicit in my pursuit of excellence; home warranties, follow-up service--and actually a friend for a lifetime. Early in your relationship, I will ask you to pray with me for God's will in our transaction, as in Isaiah above; or "What Ever It Takes" quoted from Tony Robbins; and another, "Never Give Up! Never Give In!" from Winston Churchill. Before long, you'll know that this is my way of life.
My family brought our first pony home when I was just four years old; horses have been a big part of my life. One of my favorite memories, was Helen Waldorf coming to pick us up early on a Sunday at a horse show, to take us to Mass. My church has been a big part of my life too - even more so as I get a little older! My family had been in and out of St. Augustine and Oyster Bay during my childhood. After college, I was privileged to lease & build a 90 acre horse farm at 22. Wonderful friends and family have helped to propel me through travels internationally to officiate at equestrian events, and on humanitarian missions. God has been good to bless me with great work. Son Hunter is now a a rising senior at University of Florida, my alma mater, and God surely has His had on his shoulder.
With His Love,
